SERVICE SCOPE & MEDICAL NOTICE
Clear responsibilities.
Better-informed choices.
Please read this notice before requesting coordination services. Updated September 10, 2026.
CHINACARE PASSAGE1. Our company and service scope
ChinaCare Passage is a patient coordination company acting as an intermediary for overseas patients visiting China. Our services are limited to agreed administrative assistance: partner-hospital appointment requests, medical interpretation arrangements, and visa and travel assistance. We are not a hospital or healthcare provider.
2. Medical decisions belong to the hospital
We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a clinical treatment as suitable, conduct examinations, administer medicines, or perform procedures. All clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment decisions, prescriptions, care and follow-up advice are provided independently by licensed physicians and qualified staff at the receiving hospital. Medical documents and consent forms are issued or explained by the hospital.
3. Risks, contraindications and informed consent
Medical examinations and treatments may have risks, adverse effects and contraindications. Information on this website is general service information, not personalized medical advice. Consult your doctor about suitability, alternatives, expected benefits, complications, recovery, and fitness to travel. Disclose your medical history, medicines, allergies and prior treatments to the treating team. Do not delay or change treatment based on this website.
4. Appointments, translation and travel
Hospital acceptance, physician availability and appointment timing require confirmation by the hospital. Language assistance supports communication but does not replace the physician’s explanation or your informed consent. You may ask the hospital to clarify anything you do not understand. Visa approval is determined by the relevant authorities; travel, accommodation and transport are subject to the relevant providers’ terms.
5. Fees and insurance
Hospital charges, our coordination fees, and third-party travel expenses are separate and must be agreed before the relevant service. An estimate is not a final medical bill. Insurers determine eligibility, authorization, direct billing and claims under the policy. We only assist communication and document coordination; we do not issue policies or guarantee payment.
6. Responsibility and your rights
The hospital is responsible for the medical services it provides. ChinaCare Passage is responsible for its own agreed coordination services in accordance with applicable law. We do not guarantee a cure, treatment outcome, admission, visa approval or reimbursement. This notice does not waive patient rights or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It is not a replacement for a service agreement or the hospital’s informed-consent process.
7. Emergencies and communication
This website and its email and WhatsApp contacts are not emergency services. Seek immediate local medical assistance in an emergency. In China, call 120 for an ambulance. For coordination questions or complaints, contact horancecheng@gmail.com.
Treatments may have contraindications. Please consult your doctor.
