Prepare for your hospital visit or specialist assessment
For an initial inquiry, tell us your care needs and preferred timing. If you have relevant examination reports, diagnoses or treatment records, you can share them for review by physicians at the receiving hospital. If you have not yet been examined, have no prior reports, or are visiting China for a checkup, tests or diagnosis, you can still ask about appointment arrangements. The receiving hospital determines whether additional documents or examinations are needed for your situation. We coordinate communication and appointments; medical assessment and clinical decisions are made by hospital physicians.

Discuss medical recommendations with your hospital physician
Discuss the named hospital and specialist, suitability for a visit, an initial estimate, and follow-up requirements.

Confirm coverage with your insurer and costs with each provider
Get written insurer confirmation when applicable, understand payment arrangements, and agree on coordination fees separately.

Plan your arrival
After appointments are confirmed, plan accommodation, transport, interpretation, and travel documents. Confirm visa requirements with the official authorities.

Attend your appointments
Receive care from the medical provider. Coordination support can help with scheduling, communication, and the practical details agreed in your plan.

Prepare to return home
Collect your medical reports, confirm follow-up, and ask your treating clinician when it is appropriate to travel.
