This website describes patient coordination services. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, sell insurance, or guarantee access, outcomes, coverage, or prices. Medical decisions are made by licensed providers. Final services and commercial terms must be agreed separately.
Contact links and inquiry drafts
The inquiry selector prepares an email or WhatsApp message on your device. It is not a submission form and does not upload its selections to a patient database. A message is sent only when you choose to send it in your email or WhatsApp application. Those services process information under their own policies.
Browsing and hosting
We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or patient-upload functionality. The hosting and network providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. They may use security-related cookies. The website uses system fonts and locally hosted illustrative images.
Sensitive information
For an initial inquiry, tell us your care needs and preferred timing. If you have relevant examination reports, diagnoses or treatment records, you can share them for review by physicians at the receiving hospital. If you have not yet been examined, have no prior reports, or are visiting China for a checkup, tests or diagnosis, you can still ask about appointment arrangements. The receiving hospital determines whether additional documents or examinations are needed for your situation. We coordinate communication and appointments; medical assessment and clinical decisions are made by hospital physicians. Before sharing sensitive documents, confirm the recipient, purpose and submission channel.
External resources and images
Hospital listings identify our appointment coordination network. Acceptance and the available department must be confirmed for each visit. Insurance directory entries help identify the policy contact; they are not blanket coverage or direct-billing promises.
