COORDINATION FEES & MEDICAL COST INQUIRIES

Understand potential costs
before you travel.

Medical care is personal. A useful estimate should tell you what is included, what is separate, and what may change after assessment.

BUILD YOUR INQUIRY

Let’s start with the basics.

Choose a service and send us an inquiry using your preferred channel. No booking or payment is made here.

YOUR INQUIRY DRAFT

Select your preferences above.

Opens a draft in your app for you to review and send. For an initial inquiry, tell us your care needs and preferred timing. If you have relevant examination reports, diagnoses or treatment records, you can share them for review by physicians at the receiving hospital. If you have not yet been examined, have no prior reports, or are visiting China for a checkup, tests or diagnosis, you can still ask about appointment arrangements. The receiving hospital determines whether additional documents or examinations are needed for your situation. We coordinate communication and appointments; medical assessment and clinical decisions are made by hospital physicians.

Questions to ask about hospital estimates and service quotes

A lower headline price is not enough to compare two treatment plans.

Does the medical estimate include follow-up and medicines?+

Ask the provider to specify this in writing, including any additional tests, medicines, admission charges, and follow-up visits that may be billed separately.

What if my treatment plan changes?+

Ask how a revised estimate will be issued and how additional services are confirmed. A preliminary estimate is not a fixed clinical plan or final bill.

Can insurance be deducted from the estimate?+

Only rely on the insurer’s written confirmation. Until the coverage and payment route are approved, plan for the possibility of self-payment.
